When Will My Order be Shipped?

 

All orders that are placed by 11:00 AM Pacific Time (2:00 PM Eastern Time) Monday through Friday, please allow an additional 2 to 3 days for your order to be processed. Express is Processed the same day. Orders placed after that time will ship in the next business day. International Shipping Rates

 

International shipping charges are based on destination and weight. Actual rates apply and can be confirmed in your shopping cart before submitting your order or by contacting us through our Help Center page.

 

 

Placing an International Order:

 

* Please allow up to 3-4 weeks for delivery.

 

* Please note that shipments may be held in customs until you, the ordering party, pay the VAT (value-added tax). The VAT is usually paid when the postal carrier delivers your mail, however, the shipment may be held by customs until the VAT has been paid for. That will depend on how each individual customs office handles its shipments.

 

* If the package is held by customs for any reason and the package is not returned to us, we regret we cannot issue a refund. If we receive a package back after it has been held and the products are in perfect, unused condition, we will credit you the product cost (shipping charges still apply).
