Q: How is shipping calculated?

 

A: The shipping fee will be calculated according to the weight of the package(s). Please refer to the automatic shipping calculator for U.S. domestic and international shipping.

 


Q: How soon will we process the order?

 

A: Please allow 1-3 days to process your order.

 


Q: Will you process my order on Holiday?

 

A: We will be off on Holiday(s).

 


Q: How long will it take for me to receive my order?

 

A: It usually takes about 5-7 business days to receive your order (Domestic). International orders can take up to 2-3 weeks.

Q: Can I ship to an address that is not my billing address?

 

A: We normally accept the order(s) that ship to an address that is different from the billing address. But further verification may be needed for order(s) over $80.

 


Q: Will I be able to track my package?

 

A: Yes, we will send you an email confirmation with a tracking number when your order is shipped. And you can track your package using the tracking number provided.

 


Q: Do you offer international shipping?

 

A: Yes, we do offer international shipping.

 


Q: Do you ship to APO & FPO addresses? A: Yes, we do ship to APO & FPO addresses.

Q: Do you offer a warranty on the product(s)?

 

A: Most manufacturers provide a warranty on their products, please contact them directly.

 


Q: What if I get the product and dislike it?

 

A: It depends on the product(s), unopened product(s) can be returned within 30 days after shipment. Please contact us to obtain the RMA confirmation before returning the product.

 


Q: Will I get a refund?

 

A: You will get a refund for the product (a 25% restocking fee will be applied to the product or products). Shipping and Handling cost is not refundable if the product is free from defectiveness.

 


Q: How long will it take for me to receive a refund?

 

A: Once we’ve received your returned order(s), we will issue a refund.

 


Q: Will you send out a notice when you receive my return and refund my credit card?

 

A: Yes, we will.

 

 

Q: Will you give my e-mail address to other companies?

 

A: No. your protection and privacy are our 1st priority. We'll use your e-mail address only to confirm your order, if you change your password, or notify sale promotions and discounts.
